Red Sand - Arts Management

Space 109 is a community arts space situated in the Walmgate area of York, set up to encourage, develop and nurture a sense of community and pride within the area.

red sand worked with the Space 109 Management Team on organisational development and the creation of a strategic development plan.

Working with the team red sand established areas for development and identified potential funding streams.
