Project Development

red sand will work with you on each stage of your project, helping to identify potential funding sources and engage partners who share your vision. The company will assist you in creating your budget and devising a project plan, defining key milestones and helping establish your aims, objectives and outcomes.

Fundraising

After identifying potential funding sources red sand will guide you through the fundraising process, ensuring that your applications are eligible, concise, effective and clearly written.

Project Management

Once funding has been achieved red sand will oversee all elements of your project: the recruitment of artists and other project staff and volunteers; sourcing venues for workshops, exhibitions and performances; the procurement of all materials and services required to successfully deliver the project; liaison between artists, venues, participants and stakeholders; the coordination of press, PR and marketing; budget management; and monitoring progress against key project milestones.

Evaluation

Evaluation is a vital tool in organisational and project development and is a requirement of many funding bodies. red sand conduct project evaluation on your behalf, measuring results against stated aims, objectives and targets and defining project successes and learning points. Methods include questionnaires, interviews and feedback forums and all key project stakeholders are involved: artists, participants, venues, audiences and other partners. The end result is a report including qualitative and quantitative data analysis, an evaluation of the project's performance against targets and recommendations for the future.
